Online Course Writers (Early Childhood and K-12):

The Education Department at Maryland Public Television is accepting applications for Online Course Writers (Early Childhood and K-12) on a continuing basis to build an applicant pool for anticipated position vacancies. These positions will be filled as needed and are contingent on available funding. Applications will remain active and on file for one year following receipt and will be considered as openings occur.

Responsible for working with content experts to develop thematic units, lesson plans, scripts, and other teacher or family resource materials.

Candidates will have at least a Bachelor's Degree in English or other related field and a minimum of two years writing experience.

Content areas of need include, but are not limited to: Math, Science, English/Language Arts, Technology, STEM, Social Studies.
