DHMH- Charles County Health Department, White Plains, MD.

Main Purpose of Job

The main purpose of this position is to combine analytical skills, language skills, and mathematical skills to relay information regarding fiscal services of the Charles County Department of Health. This position will monitor, review and audit systems, records, and accounts of various sub vendors of the local health department. This position will also prepare object transfers, budget modifications and supplemental requests.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience: None

Note: Candidates may substitute experience in budget preparation, presentation and execution at the rate of one year of experience for one year of education for the required college education.

BARGAINING UNIT STATUS

The incumbent in this position is a member of a covered bargaining unit and will be required to pay a bi-weekly service fee to the exclusive representative of the bargaining unit.
