Main Purpose of Job

The main purpose of this position is to manage the business and fiscal functions for the Mental Health Clinic and ensure that the clinical practice adheres to local, state, and federal regulations.  Responsibilities also include administrative direction, supervision, and grant monitoring.  This position also oversees the Continuation of Care, Detention Forensic, Court Diversion, Psycho-Geriatric Assessment and Treatment Programs, and Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment programs.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Requires bachelor's degree and 6 years of health or human services administrative or professional experience, including 2 years at a supervisory or management level.  A master's degree will substitute for one year of experience.  A doctorate will substitute for 2 years experience.  Additional experience will substitute year-for-year for the college degree.
