LOCATION OF POSITION
Holly Center, Dietary Department, Baltimore, MD
Main Purpose of Job
This position will prepare or assist in the preparation of meals, snacks and cafeteria needs according to menus, clean and sanitize the work areas according to sanitation standards, wash insulated trays, dishes, etc used for daily food preparation and, as needed, load food trays in vehicle and deliver to buildings on grounds.

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Desirable candidate should have a valid Driver's License and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.

BARGAINING UNIT STATUS
The incumbent in this position is a member of a covered bargaining unit and will be required to pay a bi-weekly service fee to the exclusive representative of the bargaining unit.
