Main Purpose of Job
The Department of Natural Resources, (Maryland Park Service Training Division), is currently accepting applications for four (4) Seasonal Contractual Firearms Instructors to work in the Tawes State Office building in Annapolis, Maryland (Anne Arundel County).
Note: These positions will be part-time, working less than 100 hours annually, firearms instructors for pistol, rifle and shotgun.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Must have 6+ years as a Maryland Police Training Commission certified firearms instructor with the Maryland Park Service.
- Must have a current instructor certification with the Maryland Police Training Commission.
- Must also have experience as a Ranger Safety Officer.
