Main Purpose of Job
To assist local department administration and case management staff in achieving the 50% Federal work participation rate and maintaining the 100% Universal Engagement rate.
POSITION DUTIES
Job duties include: monitoring and tracking of local department and/or local office of local department's success in having Temporary Cash Assistance recipients participation in work activities; identifying why participation is not occurring and recommending to senior management changes and/or procedures that need to be made to ensure ongoing participation at a rate of 50% or greater.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicant must meet both Minimum and Selective Qualifications.
Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three years of experience in the administration of a human
services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.
Notes:
1. Additional professional or technical experience in the administration
of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
2. Education at the graduate level at an accredited college or university in a human services related field may be substituted at the rate of 30 semester hours per year for up to two years of the required experience.
3. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Administrative Officer classifications and Administrative Officer specialty codes in the General, Administrative, Clerical, and Officer Services field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience and education.
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS
One year of the general experience listed above must be in a Family Investment Program.

BARGAINING UNIT STATUS
The incumbent in this position is a member of a covered bargaining unit and will be required to pay a bi-weekly service fee to the exclusive representative of the bargaining unit.
