We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Premium Billing Supervisor in our Oklahoma City office. Supervisory duties will include conducting performance evaluations, administering employee discipline, as well as motivating and training billing clerks to effectively and efficiently resolve premium billing issues.
Primary functions include performing specialized accounting and technical work related to the maintenance and reconciliation of policyholder premium accounts, working directly with CompSource Oklahoma policyholders and billing clerks to timely resolve all billing issues, maintain controls to ensure adequate planning, scheduling, and completion of duties are properly carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.
If you have knowledge of workers’ compensation, underwriting methodology and practices, insurance premium billing methodology and principles, generally accepted accounting principles, and strong management skills, we would like to hear from you.
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field of study is preferred
2. Three years professional experience in the maintenance, analysis, and reconciliation of casualty insurance premium billing or underwriting of casualty insurance policies.
3. Two years of supervisory experience in the billing or underwriting of casualty insurance policies
