LEGAL ASSISTANT

Section: Litigation Position Close Date: 11/10/12 Location: Oklahoma City
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications

Job Summary and Qualifications:
The applicant should be knowledgeable in the area of criminal law with preference to experience in criminal prosecution. Experience with health care fraud or medical issues are preferred. Previous work in mental health issues concerning disabled or mentally disabled persons would be beneficial. Strong emphasis will be placed on oral and jury trial advocacy skills. Applicants must be licensed in the State of Oklahoma. Position requires some knowledge and use of Word and/or WordPerfect and Excel spreadsheets.
