We are currently seeking an Insurance Technician I for the Certificate Call Center in our Oklahoma City office. Duties include, but not limited to, entering certificate of insurance requests received via telephone, website, postal mail, email and fax. Previous call center and/or data entry experience is a plus.
• Six months of business office or customer service experience
• or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting the completion of fifteen semester hours of college course work for the six months of the required experience.
