We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for OK Capitol Improvement Authority (OCIA) in Oklahoma City. This is an unclassified position. The Administrative Assistant will support OCIA administrative activities such as monitoring fund balances, reviewing aging receivables reports, contacting delinquent lease paying agencies, posting agenda, contacting members, attending board meetings, keep minutes, record keeping, filling, and records dispositions. Additionally, this position will also provide administrative support to the Public Employees Relations Board (PERB) and Capitol-Medical Center Improvement Zoning Commission.
This position requires five (5) years of clerical work and a complete understanding of Microsoft Suite, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
