This position is located at Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center in Norman, OK.

Take the first step toward a life-changing career and join us at the Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center.  This is a position in COCMHC’s Transitional Services Program.  Job duties include providing support, linkage, advocacy, and mentoring young adults 16-25 who are transitioning into adulthood.   This position functions as a critical member of the wraparound team providing strength based, young adult driven services and supports.   Knowledge of wraparound services, issues impacting young adults in transition, and community resources is beneficial.  Some evening work required.

Requires: Completion of 30 hours of education beyond a high school diploma or GED.  Preference may be given to applicants possessing a Bachelor’s degree.
