This position will provide management for the Human Resources Management Division in instructional design and development of traditional and distance-delivered learning content for the professional development of employees for the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.  This position may supervise others conducting similar work.  Req:
Completion of the curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in Organizational Management, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related subject, and four (4) years experience in training, human resources development or instructional design, including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) additional year of qualifying experience for each year of required education.  No substitution will be made for a bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience.   Must be willing and able to fulfill all job related travel.
