The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is seeking a detail oriented Analyst with the Division of Capital Asset Management’s Fleet Management. This is a full time, unclassified position in State government and will be eligible for a generous total rewards package. Fleet Management leases 1,100 vehicles to over 60 state agencies and oversees nearly 12,000 vehicles owned by the State of Oklahoma. The individual in this position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involving management of the fleet system and inventorying state fleet.
Administer Fleet Focus M5 Fleet Management System
Analyze vehicles utilization, depreciation, replacement cost
Maintain inventory database of vehicles in the Fleet Management System
Analyzes leased fleet data, communicates best practices to customers
Develops and conducts structured update messages to, and meetings with customers
Participating and contributing to the Statewide fleet initiatives: contacts development, data gathering, etc
Analyzing data, processes and solutions supporting efficient vehicles management and overall program
Communicate effectively with the Division Team in providing a comprehensive and professional experience to customers
Generate and contribute to various scheduled and on-demand reporting
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/ or ability required.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong Word, Excel and Access use (Vision, Crystal Reports and database management are a plus),
Organized planning and diligent scheduling
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle - candidate must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma class D driver’s license and have a satisfactory driving record
Education or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with major coursework in information systems and operations management, project management, mathematics, statistics, or a field related to the work or acceptable equivalent experience.
