Annual Salary $60,000.00
Plans, organize, and direct activities and services of the Center concerning Risk Management, Safety & Security, Records Management, Fleet Management and Telecommunications operations ensuring compliance with State and Federal Laws and established guidelines. Arrange and coordinate telephone and cellular service for the Center. Supervise the activities of Fire & Safety Department. Coordinate the development of policies and procedures, rules and regulations pertaining to the Center’s operations to ensure consistency and compliance with Agency guidelines, State and Federal Laws, licensure standards and VA guidelines, interpreting and disseminating decisions to staff. Maintain the Center files for inspection reports, investigative reports, and other administrative reports and documents. Update keys as staff or equipment is changed. Coordinate with Safety Department the organization of all Center keys for easy retrieval. Third in line of charge of the center so in the absence of the Administrator or Assistant Administrator, taking call on a 24-hour basis, when assigned, being responsible for the daily operation of the center, and resolving emergency or unusual situations involving personnel, resident care, and physical plant. Supervise two h care facility and includes on-site laboratory and x-ray facilities, pharmacy and full time physicians on staff. Assign and review work ensuring accuracy and professional final product.
Requirements at this level consist of current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Oklahoma. There is no substitution for the requirement of a Nursing Home Administrator license.
