This position is located in the Finance Division in Oklahoma City.
BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION TYPICAL FUNCTIONS KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS NOTES BENEFITS
Senior level manager that reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for overseeing project teams and analyzing program performance from a financial perspective.
Senior level manager that reports to the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing project teams and analyzing program performance from a financial perspective. Knowledge of process modeling, enterprise architecture and strategic planning are a must.
Experience in developing and maintaining technical and project documentation as well as prior successful implementation of complex projects and exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and present information yielded from the analysis to audience specifications; Knowledge of basic statistical tools and application of probability of theory and forecasting methods; ability to train and mentor project managers and business analysts in their respective disciplines; ability to create functional and detailed designs for systems and workflow; skill in gathering and analyzing complex data; skill in planning, coordinating and evaluating the activities of multiple work units; ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Master's degree in business or closely related field with at least 1 year specialized experience in leading interdisciplinary multiple project teams and at least 1 year specialized experience in project management or business analysis. Prior knowledge of meta-modeling, enterprise architecture, program evaluation, performance budgets, and strategic planning preferred.

This is a full-time unclassified state position with full state retirement and insurance benefits, including paid health, dental, life, and disability insurance. Annual leave of 10 hours per month and sick leave of 10 hours per month begin accruing immediately.
