This position is assigned responsibilities involving the development and supervision of various phases of a comprehensive staff development and training program. This will involve responsibility for supervising other professional training specialists as well as technical media positions and others. Requires: A bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of experience in training or preparation of human resources development materials; or a master’s degree in adult education, human relations or human resource development and two (2) years of experience in training or preparation of human resources development materials. Applicants must be willing & able to fulfill all job-related travel normally associated with this position. Salary range: $40,000 – $47,438.
