Summary:

Responsible for handling the daily functions of the fulfillment program such as exporting brochure orders from the website, cleaning files, importing into Siebel and exporting daily files to our fulfillment house. Assists with answering incoming phone calls on the toll-free line.

Typical Functions:

Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Processing all brochure requests from the website including exporting from the website, cleaning the file using prescribed formatting and importing the file to the Siebel system
• Transcribing brochure orders from the IVR and entering them into the Siebel system
• Answering any incoming phone calls on the toll-free line and assisting customers with Oklahoma tourism information
• Sending a daily file to our fulfillment house
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to create spreadsheets in Excel; execute queries in Access; create letters, memos, and other communications in Word; excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience using Windows-based computer applications including Microsoft Office products; and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
Salary - $27,000.00 annually plus benefits
