The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is recruiting for a HR professional to handle various HRM activities, personnel actions, and the application of laws, rules and standards related to compensation, classification, recruiting, personnel selection, employee benefits, employee transactions or payroll. Requires: Five years of technical clerical work in which one of the years of experience should be in one of the following: job analysis, position classification, wage/salary, benefit administration, recruitment, payroll administration, or accounting; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one year of college for each year of the required experience. NOTE: No substitution is allowed for the required one year of specialized experience. Preference may be given to applicants with Oracle/PeopleSoft experience. ODMHSAS offers excellent benefit & retirement packages.
