Workers’ Compensation Premium Auditor
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Salary: $34,500 to $48,000 annually

CompSource Oklahoma - Our mission is to partner with all Oklahoma employers as the source for their workers’ compensation needs.  We are currently seeking a Workers’ Compensation Premium Auditor in Oklahoma City.  The incumbent will be responsible for performing audits on workers’ compensation insurance policies to establish appropriate classifications, exposures and basis of premium. Premium auditors may be assigned various audit types which may include on-site physical audits, mail-review audits, or rush audits. 

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated ability in completing various types of routine and complex audits; knowledge of practices and terminology of the insurance industry; basic understanding of Workers’ Compensation manual rules and classification codes; the principles and practices of customer service; the ability to apply the knowledge and methods of premium auditing principles in solving problems; establishing work priorities; and meeting work load deadlines. Verbal and written communication skills are required at a professional level.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of paraprofessional auditing or accounting experience for each year of the required education.
2. PLUS one additional year of professional level accounting or auditing experience. A CPA may be substituted for the additional year of professional level accounting or auditing experience. A CPA is preferred but not required.

Special Requirements:
The incumbent must be willing and able to perform daily job related travel, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a reliable mode of transportation.
