Position located at VS#72 – Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped-OKC
Essential Functions: The candidate will serve as the business manager for the Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (OLBPH) and supervise three (3) staff members in the coordination and daily operation in addition to supervising special projects such as telephone and internet based audio information services. Other duties include, but not limited to, working with service contracts for building maintenance; facility upkeep and repairs such as yard/lawn, HVAC, business equipment, telephone system, alarm system; and purchase supplies and equipment. Applicants must be willing to perform all job related travel. Probationary period (or trial period if applicable) is required.
Background Check: Effective January 1, 2012, the successful candidates for positions at the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services will be required to pass an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation criminal investigation and background check.
Education and Experience Requirements: Level I - requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree and one year of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree and one year of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
*Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work gained under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager.
