Introduction

The Shared Services Division within OPSB, DBM, is seeking a Integrations Analyst professional with strong general knowledge in Integrations, Security Operations.

Main Purpose of Job

This position is a support position for Shared Services' Integrations and Security Operations. This includes the integrations and security for JobAps, the Hub and Workday systems. This position is responsible for providing support for the designing, developing, testing, supporting, implementing and maintaining the integrations and security for these systems in coordination with the Division support staff for each system. This position also provides information to users and the vendors to resolve issues. Must be able to design and develop reports on SQL based platforms (SSIS and SSAS), including Experience with programming in Visual Basic/JavaScript. Must demonstrate knowledge of critical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to debug existing source code and quickly learn new systems when required. Work with HR Functional specialists and other team members and must be available for evening and weekend work schedules.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience: Four years of experience in administrative staff or professional work.

Notes:

1. Additional experience in administrative staff or professional work may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.

2. Additional graduate level education at an accredited college or university may be substituted at the rate of 30 semester credit hours on a year to year basis for the required general experience.

3. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer involving staff work related to the administration of rules, regulations, policy, procedures and processes, or overseeing or coordinating unit operations or functioning as a staff assistant to a higher ranking commissioned officer on a year to year basis for the required education and experience.

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:

Three years of experience n data integration and data consolidation, programming design, Custom built inbound/outbound Integration and automation scripts

Three years of experience in fit-gap analysis, system setups, and interface designs

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.

BARGAINING UNIT STATUS

The incumbent in this position is a member of a covered bargaining unit and will be required to pay a bi-weekly service fee to the exclusive representative of the bargaining unit.
