Minghua USA, a division of Jiangnan Mold Plastics Technology Corporation, is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.  One of the largest suppliers of plastic mold parts in China’s automotive industry, Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic products and hi-tech molds. The company will manufacture a variety of parts and products for original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers in the automotive industry.

GAUGE MEASUREMENT

(INJECTION MOLD) ASSOCIATE

 

 Job Responsibilities:

 
  • Gauge inspection
  • Make records and notification for general information
  • Analyze measuring system
  • Maintaining gauges
  • Organize on-site arrangement and maintenance based on 5S management standards
  • Finish other tasks assigned by superiors

 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • High school diploma/GED required; Associates degree a plus (related technical field of study, i.e. Machine Tool Technology, etc.)
  • 2+ years previous experience using gauging instruments and equipment 
  • Knowledge of TS16949 quality system, machinery, inspection standards and operating guidance, basic statistics and molded plastic product
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in auto industry, injection machine (Engel) is preferred
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong motivational, problem solving and analytical skills required
