Minghua USA, a division of Jiangnan Mold Plastics Technology Corporation, is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.  One of the largest suppliers of plastic mold parts in China’s automotive industry, Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic products and hi-tech molds. The company will manufacture a variety of parts and products for original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers in the automotive industry.  

 

 

Potential employment opportunities exist for:

SUPPLIER QUALITY TECHNICIAN 

 

 Job Responsibilities:

 
  • Maintain and report supplier scores 
  • Working with QE to identify inspection requirements for components 
  • Conducts routine analysis as required to support supplier review 
  • Monitor supplier component capability 
  • Managing Containment Areas and sorting activities
  • Work with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve items in these areas
  • Initiate sorts for nonconforming supplied components
  • Write quality documents to support sorts, inspections and other quality routines
  • Notifies Quality Engineer/Manager of quality concerns
  • Work flexible hours as required
  • Keep logs of all supplier defects for supplier ratings

 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • High school diploma/GED required; Associates degree a plus 
  • 3+ years working experience 
  • Experience in auto industry, injection machine (Engel) or Painting line and Assembly is preferred
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong motivational, problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Must possess professional business demeanor
  • Must be PC literate and knowledgeable of Microsoft applications
