Minghua USA, a division of Jiangnan Mold Plastics Technology Corporation, is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.  One of the largest suppliers of plastic mold parts in China’s automotive industry, Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic products and hi-tech molds. The company will manufacture a variety of parts and products for original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers in the automotive industry.  


 

 

 

Potential employment opportunities exist for:

UNLOAD PROCESS OPERATOR

 

 

 

 

 

 Job Responsibilities:

 
  • Unload the parts coming off of the paint line.
  • Inspect to BMW quality standard. If necessary, repair defects by means of Finesse operation

 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • High school diploma/GED or above
  • 1+ years working experience in painting process and automotive industry
  • Must be familiar with quality system standards of BMW automobile exteriors.
  • Must have the ability to inspect and finesse painted plastic automotive parts. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
  • Must have familiarity with BMW painted part inspection criteria.
  • Must have a good understanding of paint repair process (Finesse).
  • Requires great attention to detail.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and keep up with all required paperwork and record keeping.
