The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is a government agency providing services to other Oklahoma government agencies. The Information Services Division (ISD) is seeking a full time .NET Developer for our Oklahoma City location. This is an Unclassified, position within Oklahoma State Government.  In addition to a comprehensive Benefits Packet the annual salary for this position is up to $46,800.00 based on education and experience. 
The individual in this position will support the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs applications to include managing the operational processes, programming and responding to ad hoc query requests. Responsible in planning and development of automated applications systems to support the business needs of an organization.

Daily Activities:
Maintain existing software applications for necessary modifications and new features using .NET technologies

Analyze and design program logic, screen layouts, reports and testing criteria to support development of new or enhancement to existing systems

Prepare program documentation to support new or enhanced systems and applications to include system, user and operations documentation

Conduct or coordinate user acceptance, performance stress, regression and integration testing

Participate in structured walk-through and other activities to review systems and provide training and support

Perform ongoing maintenance and review of applications systems and programs

Design, develop & deploy Microsoft SQL database projects

Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements include completion of a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field;
twenty four hours of computer science or management information systems course work at an accredited college or university or a comparable vocational or technical education course resulting in certification in computer programming,
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERENCE may be given to applicants who possess the following:
.NET development (Visual Studio 2003-2008) Web Apps Development and Desktop Application Development


Programming Documentation Skills.

Develop high-level and detail design specifications.
